This policy covers Tactixity's paid fantasy subscriptions — FPL, NFL and NBA. Tactixity Core is free and involves no payment. If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, we will make it right.
All paid plans are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically at their billing interval until cancelled:
Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Payment details are collected when you start the trial, and you are not charged during it. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
If you are charged and not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of that charge — no questions asked. This applies to every plan, including each renewal charge. Email [email protected] with your account email.
Requests made more than 14 days after a charge are reviewed case by case. For annual plans (FPL Season, NFL Season, NBA Yearly), this may include a partial refund at our discretion. We aim to resolve every issue fairly.
Cancelling stops future renewals but does not by itself refund a past charge — to request a refund, contact us as described above. See the Terms of Service for how to cancel. A full refund ends access to that product once Paddle reports it.
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and returned to your original payment method. Refunds may be subject to review by Paddle, and processing time depends on Paddle and your bank or card provider — we cannot guarantee a specific date.
